Gelukkig aan Zee 3 is a spacious holiday home for 6 in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, with a large enclosed garden, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two TVs and underfloor heating. The beach, the village and the supermarket are about 200 metres away; the bus stop is a 50-metre walk. The house can be used in two parts, which makes it ideal for families or groups who like a bit of privacy. There are two entrances. Through the first entrance you reach the part with a bedroom (with TV) on the ground floor, an extra kitchen with a dining nook for two and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Through the second entrance you enter the living room with a large dining and seating area with TV, an open kitchen with induction hob, combi oven with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso machine, and the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together. The ground floor has a double bed. The large, enclosed garden has a garden set, a lounge set and sun loungers; there is a barbecue area. Bikes can be kept in the garden. The whole house has free Wi-Fi; there is a KPN smart TV with German channels. Towels and bed linen are provided. Parking is free with digital parking permits for two cars: we register your number plates in the municipal parking system. Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, surcharge per stay). A cot and high chair can be arranged on request (€ 25 per stay, limited availability). No smoking indoors. In high season Saturday is the changeover day; in quieter periods other arrival days are possible from 4 nights.
