Appartement de Luxe is a 65 m² apartment for 4 guests in Egmond aan Zee, 200 metres from the beach, the village and the supermarket. The bus stop is a 50-metre walk. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. Layout and sleeping The apartment has its own entrance: the double door by the letterbox. On the first floor you will find the living room with a sofa and two chairs, the kitchen and the dining area for four. One flight up are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and its own bathroom with wellness shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror. Beds are made up and towels are provided. Kitchen Fully equipped: induction hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and a capsule machine for espresso in the coffee and tea corner. Outside A garden with seating for four, in the sun. Bicycles can be kept in the garden. TV and wifi KPN smart TV with German channels. Free wifi. Parking The apartment comes with a parking permit from the municipality of Bergen for zones B, C and D, all around the building. You send us your number plate before arrival, we register your car and you park for free. One car per stay. Good to know Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 10 am. Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, with a charge per dog). A cot and high chair can be arranged on request (€ 25 per stay, limited availability); there is no stair gate. No smoking indoors; smoking is allowed outside. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. There is no washing machine. Gas, water, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included; cleaning fee and tourist tax are charged separately.
