Luxe Duinhuisje is a 60 m² holiday home for up to 4 guests in Egmond aan Zee, with its own enclosed garden and a terrace. The beach and the boulevard are 250 metres away; the village is a 2-minute walk. Layout and sleeping Downstairs you will find the living room with seating area and TV, the open kitchen with a dining table for four, and the bathroom with toilet. Two French doors lead from the living room onto the terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms overlooking the dunes, each with two single beds; the second bedroom is reached through the first. Beds are made up and towels are provided. Kitchen The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, four-ring induction hob, combination oven with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee maker. Outside The enclosed garden offers plenty of privacy. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a parasol. Bicycles can be kept in the garden. TV and wifi KPN smart TV with German channels; you can log in to your own Netflix account. Free wifi. Parking The house comes with a parking permit from the municipality of Bergen for zones C and D. You send us your number plate before arrival, we register your car and you park for free. One car per stay. Good to know Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 10 am. Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, with a charge per dog). No smoking indoors; smoking is allowed in the garden. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. There is no washing machine. Gas, water, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included; cleaning fee and tourist tax are charged separately. A cot and high chair can be arranged on request (€ 25 per stay, limited availability).
